The Alumni Relations team creates opportunities for alumni to stay connected with Monash University and with each other. The team works with faculty contacts to coordinate a range of programs and events for the University's global network of alumni. These activities fall under inter-connected categories including:

Recognition activities such as annual Distinguished Alumni Awards
Lifelong learning through seminars, workshops, lectures, on-line resources and access to the Monash Library
Networks and communities – the global network of Monash alumni networks and interest groups
Student engagement - opportunities for alumni and their companies to get involved with programs such as mentoring students and work internships
Keeping in touch with University and alumni news and achievements through the bi-monthly Monash Alumni eNews, social media, and the Alumni Relations website.

The team also has a strong focus on stakeholder relations including alumni and donor communication and University-wide and faculty appeals.
