Project History
Donor, Alumni and Community Relations (DACR) led a review of the University's alumni and donor database system (Advance) in 2007-08. The comprehensive review was completed by an internationally recognised consulting firm and focused on four areas:
- Implementation status of the previous database
- Quality of data records
- Business requirements
- Documentation and development of a roadmap for the future
Based on findings from the evaluation process and request for proposal (RFP), the RE Steering Committee accepted and approved the report by the consultants. The Committee recommended to the VCG and the Vice-President of Advancement that the new database be implemented.
