Risk Management Network

A senior executive in each key operational area is nominated by their respective Dean/Divisional Director/ Chief Executive Officer to be the Risk Co-ordinator.

They are the risk champions within their respective areas and they have an important role in promoting a risk awareness culture in addition to the compilation of the relevant risk management reports.

A University network has been established for the risk co-ordinators to share their risk management information and experiences. This has intentionally been kept informal and meets only as required or via a group email address in the Monash email directory, ie Risk Mgt Network
