Developing a Quality System

CHEQ welcomes the opportunity of working with areas of the University to develop ‘area-wide’ quality systems. This may be at the level of a whole-faculty or division, a school or department, or a work group. The policy document Quality at Monash: Values and Principles (Word document) (PDF document)  provides the overall framework for developing a quality system. Other crucial elements are the identification of local leadership, establishment of a ‘quality reference group’ and definition of local issues.
