Mindfulness Meditation

Daily sessions for quietening the mind.  Research shows that the practice of mindfulness meditation reduces anxiety and depression and improves health and wellbeing.

Mindfulness meditation has no religious affiliation, but is based on traditional meditation practices.The sessions will be facilitated by Health, Wellbeing and Development psychologists who have been trained in the art of mindfulness meditation.

When:   Daily, 12:00 to 12:30pm

Where:  Caulfield Campus Spiritual Centre  (B1.56)

Cost:   Free to Monash students and staff

No need to book, just turn up.  Cushions are supplied.
