People with a disability or long term medical condition

Applicants who have a long-term or recurrent medical condition or illness, or a physical, learning, or another type of disability must provide details and demonstrate how the medical condition or disability has affected their education in their scholarship application.  All applicants must also provide:

• a confidential statement of support completed by a relevant health care professional who is familiar with your case (the health care professional cannot be related to you), OR
• a letter from the Monash University Disability Liaison Unit.
