Scholarship and Bursary Application Supporting Documentation

Equity and personal disadvantage group supporting documentation

If you have applied under any of the equity groups listed below you must supply the documentation listed on that page:

NOTE: These equity groups are for domestic students only. International students are not eligible to apply or provide documentation for these equity groups.

Residency Status

If you have indicated that you are a refugee on the scholarship application form, you must provide a copy of your visa. All other applicants are not required to provide proof of their residency status.

Academic Transcripts

Current Monash students and 2011 Year 12 students are not required to provide academic transcripts. All other applicants must supply certified copies of official academic transcripts if they are applying for merit scholarships.

All Applicants

  • Each piece of supporting documentation must be a certified copy, legible and easy to read. Original documents will not be returned.
  • All documents must be stapled to the application cover sheet.
  • DO NOT submit supporting documentation in a folder or plastic pocket.
  • Documentation must be mailed to the Coursework Scholarships Unit or handed in at any Monash Student Service Centre by 10 November 2011.
  • Faxed copies will NOT be accepted.
  • We will not consider supporting documentation for an equity group if an application has not been submitted under the same equity group. 

It is your responsibility to provide correct and certified supporting documentation. We will not consider your application if you do not provide the correct documentation.

Documentation other than that listed on this page is not required and will not be considered.
