Enrolment changes affecting your scholarship or bursaryBefore making a change to your enrolment you should check what affect the change may have on your scholarship. For more information please contact the Coursework Scholarships Unit. Transferring scholarships to another degreeYou may be able to transfer your scholarship or bursary to another undergraduate degree. Your scholarship is automatically transferred to a valid course once you have completed your course transfer. Please note that not all scholarships and bursaries can be transferred. Students transferring their Commonwealth Scholarship/s to an honours degree or a Graduate Diploma of Education are required to complete a scholarship transfer form. Payment to tuition feesSome students have the option of having their scholarship or bursary paid directly to their tuition fees. Please check the terms and conditions of your scholarship for further information regarding the scholarships that have this option. Students with this option must indicate that they wish to pay their scholarship to their fees at the start of the year in WES. Once selected, this option can only be changed at the start of the academic year. Intermitting ScholarshipsMost scholarships and bursaries can be intermitted. Students are not required to contact the Coursework Scholarships Unit to intermit their scholarship, this will automatically be processed once your course intermission is processed. Scholarships that cannot be deferred can also not be intermitted in the first semester of study. |
