5) Further Information That Relates to All Scholarship Holders

In order to receive your payment without any delays you need to ensure that:

• you have provided your banking details to the Coursework Scholarships Unit, and
• you have no outstanding debts to the university, and
• you are not encumbered, and
• you have notified us if you have changed your course (some scholarships are not transferable).

You will not be paid in any one semester:

• if your scholarship or bursary is suspended, or
• if you are on intermission, or
• if you have outstanding debts, or
• if you are encumbered.
