2) Payment Dates

Most scholarships and bursaries are paid twice yearly after the university’s main census dates.  Payments are made at the end of April in semester 1 and at the end of September in semester 2. 

An email will be sent to students once the payment has been made. For those students receiving a direct deposit into their bank account, a remittance advice will be sent from the following email address: accounts.payable@adm.monash.edu.au DO NOT respond to this email address with any enquiries regarding your scholarship.

As the payments are processed in April and September, this means that fees or upfront CSP debt will be due before scholarship/bursary payments are made.

Some scholarships can be allocated directly to tuition fees before the census date.  For more information about this, please refer to the section titled payment details.

Vacation Scholarships

Winter Vacation Scholarships payments are made in July and Summer Vacation Scholarships are made in December and February.

IBL Scholarships

Second and third year IBL students will receive payments in January and July each year.
