Bachelor of Commerce (Dean’s Scholars) Scholarship

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be:

• an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or holder of an Australian permanent resident visa or holder of a permanent humanitarian visa, and
• studying Australian Year 12 or IB in 2011, and
• intending to enrol in the Bachelor of Commerce (Dean’s Scholars) in the Faculty of Business and Economics at the Monash Clayton campus.

Selection criteria

Awarded to the highest achieving Year 12 students based on their ATAR score or equivalent.

Value and number available

$6000 per 48 credit points of study, for the minimum number of credit points required to complete the degree. The number available is variable, depending on the number of eligible students.

Retention

Recipients must maintain a minimum of a distinction weighted average mark (70 per cent).

Applications

All students offered a place in the Bachelor of Commerce (Dean’s Scholars) program will automatically be offered this scholarship.

Deferability

This scholarship cannot be deferred.
