Business Information Systems Achievement Scholarships

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be:

• an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or holder of an Australian permanent resident visa or permanent humanitarian visa , and
• studying Australian Year 12 or IB in 2008*, and
• intending to enrol as a full-time student in the Bachelor of Business Information Systems in a Commonwealth-Supported Place at a Monash campus in Australia.

* Students who have taken a ‘GAP year’ after year 12 and have obtained the required ENTER score in 2008 for admittance into the Bachelor of Business Information systems degree, are also eligible.

Selection criteria

Awarded to the highest achieving eligible Year 12 students based on their ENTER score or equivalent. Students must have achieved an ENTER score or equivalent of at least 97.00.

Value

Commonwealth-Supported Place contributions paid for the duration of the degree.

Number available in 2009

Variable, depending on funding.

Retention

Recipients must maintain full-time enrolment and satisfactory academic performance as determined by the faculty.

Deferability

This scholarship cannot be deferred.

2009 Applications

All students offered a place in the Bachelor of Business Information Systems degree will be automatically assessed.
