Indigenous Access Scholarships

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be:

• an Indigenous Australian, and
• a commencing undergraduate tertiary student, and
• intending to enrol full-time in an undergraduate degree* in a Commonwealth supported place at a Monash campus in Australia, and
• able to demonstrate financial disadvantage.

* Students intending to enrol in the Diploma of Tertiary Studies or Enabling Program are also eligible.

Selection criteria

Awarded to eligible students on the basis of need.

Value and number available

$4485 (2012 value) one-off payment. The number available is variable depending on funding. In 2011, 15 scholarships were available.

Deferability

This scholarships cannot be deferred.
