Eric Glasgow Anatomy Bequest Scholarship

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be:

• an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or holder of an Australian permanent resident visa or permanent humanitarian visa, and
• a full-time Monash University student who intends to enrol in either a Bachelor of Medical Science, Bachelor of Science (Honours) or The honours degree of the Bachelor of Biomedical Science in 2009, and
• a student whose research or main area of study is anatomy, cell biology or embryology undertaken within the Monash University Department of Anatomy and Developmental Biology.

Selection criteria

Awarded to the student with the highest aggregate score in the 2nd and 3rd years of their undergraduate degree.

Value

$4,000 per annum for one year only.

Number available in 2009

Up to three.

Retention

Recipients must maintain full-time enrolment and a minimum of a distinction grade average (70 per cent).

Deferability

This scholarship cannot be deferred.
