Monash University Information Technology Scholarships
Eligibility
To be eligible, you must be:

an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or holder of an Australian permanent resident visa or permanent humanitarian visa, and
-
studying Australian Year 12 or IB in 2008, or
-
a continuing Monash University undergraduate or postgraduate (coursework) student, and
-
enrolled or intending to enrol, in any of the relevant Faculty of Information Technology’s degree programs at a Monash campus in Australia.
Selection criteria
Awarded to the highest achieving eligible Year 12 students based on their ENTER score or equivalent. Students must have achieved an ENTER score or equivalent of at least 95.00. Continuing students are selected based on highest academic performance with a minimum grade average of 80 per cent.
Offers are made to Year 12 applicants first, with any remaining scholarships offered to current Monash students.
Value
$6,000 per 48 credit points of study, for the minimum number of credit points required to complete the degree.

Variable, depending on funding.
Retention
Recipients must maintain a minimum of a distinction grade average (70 per cent).
Deferability
This scholarship can be deferred.
