Monash Gippsland - Baw Baw Shire Bursary

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be:

• an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or holder of an Australian permanent resident visa or permanent humanitarian visa, and
• a commencing student intending to enrol in an on-campus full-time undergraduate course at the Monash Gippsland Campus, and
• a resident of, and have attended a school within, Baw Baw Shire, and
• from one or more of Monash University’s defined equity and personal disadvantage groups.

* but does not include students in the graduate entry Medical degree.

Selection criteria

Awarded to students based on need.  Further consideration will be given to students based on ENTER score or equivalent.

Value

$3,000 per annum for one year only.

Retention

Recipients must be enrolled full-time and maintain a minimum of a pass grade average (50 per cent).

Deferability

This bursary cannot be deferred.
