Monash Gippsland Campus Encouragement Bursaries

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be:

• an Australian or New Zealand citizen, holder of an Australian permanent resident visa or permanent humanitarian visa, and
• a commencing student intending to enrol in an on-campus full-time undergraduate course* at the Monash Gippsland campus, and
• from one or more of Monash University’s defined equity or personal disadvantage groups.

* does not include students in the graduate entry Medical degree.

Selection criteria

Awarded to the highest achieving eligible students based on their ENTER score or equivalent and need.

Value

$1,000 one-off payment.

Number available in 2009

Minimum of eight, depending on funding.

Deferability

This bursary cannot be deferred.
