Monash Gippsland Pro-Vice Chancellor's Off-Campus Equity Bursary

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be:

• an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or holder of an Australian permanent resident visa or permanent humanitarian visa, and
• a continuing student enrolled in an undergraduate* or postgraduate (coursework) degree at the Monash Gippsland Campus, and
• successfully completed at least 12 credit points in one semester of study, and
• enrolled in at least 12 credit points of off-campus units in semester one or two, and
• from one or more of Monash University’s defined equity or personal disadvantage groups.

* Excludes students enrolled in Open Universities Australia.

Selection criteria

Awarded to eligible students on the basis of need. Preference will be given to students who are enrolled in all off-campus units for both semester 1 and 2.

Value and number available

$750 one-off payment. Five bursaries are available.

Deferability

This bursary cannot be deferred.
