Monash SAMSS Honours Scholarships

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be:

• an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or holder of an Australian permanent resident visa or permanent humanitarian visa, and
• have completed an undergraduate degree*, and
• intending to enrol in a SAMSS honours degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Arts at the Monash Gippsland campus.

* students enrolling in the honours degree must have completed their undergraduate degree in the School of Applied Media & Social Sciences (SAMSS).

Selection criteria

Awarded to the highest achieving eligible students based on academic achievement in previous studies at Monash University.

Value and number available

$4,000 per 48 credit points of study for a maximum of one year only. Two scholarships are available for students enrolled in an honours degree. One scholarship is available for students enrolled in a Postgraduate Diploma in Arts.

Deferability

This scholarship cannot be deferred.
