Monash University Indigenous Scholarship for Achievement and Equity

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be:

• an Indigenous Australian, and
• a commencing or continuing Monash University undergraduate student, and
• enrolled or intending to enrol in an undergraduate degree at Monash campus in Australia, and
• from one or more of Monash University’s defined equity or personal disadvantage groups.

Selection criteria

Awarded to the highest achieving eligible students based on a combination of academic achievement and need. In the case of continuing students, assessment is based on academic performance at Monash University.

Value

$6000 per 48 credit points of study, for the minimum number of credit points required to complete the degree.

Retention

Recipients must maintain a minimum of a pass weighted average mark (50 per cent).
