Monash University Jubilee Honours Scholarship
The Monash University Jubilee Honours Scholarship was introduced to acknowledge the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Monash University and to encourage high-achieving undergraduate students to continue into research programs.
To be eligible, you must be:
- an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or holder of an Australian permanent resident visa or permanent humanitarian visa, or
- an international student, and
- completing or have completed an undergraduate degree, and
- a comencing student intending to enrol in a separate 48 credit-point honours degree at a Monash campus in Australia.
Awarded to the highest achieving eligible students who achieve a minimum of a high distinction weighted average mark (80 per cent) in previous tertiary studies. A number of scholarships will also be made available for domestic students who are from one or more of Monash University’s defined equity or personal disadvantage groups.
$5000 per 48 credit points of study for the minimum number of credit points required to complete the honours degree. Up to 50 scholarships are available.
Recipients must maintain a minimum of a distinction weighted average mark (70 per cent).
Deferability
This scholarship cannot be deferred.
