Monash Mathematical Sciences Honours ScholarshipEligibilityTo be eligible, you must be:
Selection criteriaAwarded to the highest achieving eligible students based on academic merit. To be eligible students must have achieved a minimum average mark of 85 per cent in 24 points of relevant* mathematical sciences units at level three. In addition students must have obtained a final mark of 70 per cent in each individual undergraduate unit in mathematical sciences that counted towards completion of their degree. * Relevant mathematical sciences units are units used to determine eligibility for admission to honours. Value and number available$2500 per 48 credit points of study for a maximum of one year only for students who have achieved an average of at least 90 per cent in 24 points of relevant level-three mathematics units. $2000 per 48 credit points of study for a maximum of one year only for students who have achieved an average between 85 – 89 per cent in 24 points of relevant level-three mathematics units. The number of scholarships available is variable depending on funding. RetentionRecipients must maintain full-time enrolment. DeferabilityThis scholarship cannot be deferred. ApplicationsAll eligible students will be automatically assessed. |
