Monash Practical Placement Bursary

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be:

an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or holder of an Australian permanent resident visa or permanent humanitarian visa, and
a commencing or continuing student, and
enrolled or intending to enrol in an undergraduate degree at a Monash campus in Australia, and
required to undertake an unpaid practical or work placement for a minimum of 10 days as part of your degree, and
from one or more of Monash University’s defined equity or personal disadvantage groups.

Awarded to eligible students on the basis of need.

$1000 one-off payment. The number available is variable depending on funding. In 2011, 60 bursaries were available.

This bursary cannot be deferred.
