Monash Residential Services Undergraduate Equity Bursaries

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be:

• an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or holder of an Australian permanent resident visa or permanent humanitarian visa, and
• a current undergraduate full-time student enrolled at a Monash campus in Australia, and
• a resident with Monash Residential Services at any Monash campus in Australia in 2009 for at least six months, and
• a resident with Monash Residential Services at any Monash campus in Australia in 2010, and
• from one or more of Monash University’s defined equity or personal disadvantage groups.

Selection criteria

Awarded to eligible students on the basis of need.

$1000 payable as ten $100 monthly rebates paid to your Monash Residential Services account for one year only.

Retention

Recipients must remain a resident in Monash Residential Services, maintain a full-time enrolment and a minimum of a pass weighted average mark (50 per cent). Students must not be in breach of any current Monash Residential Services – Conditions of Residency.
