Universities Australia Register of Senior Women - Women's Leadership and Advancement Scheme

The Women's Leadership and Advancement Scheme coordinates the updating of information on Monash University women for the AVCC Register of Senior University Women.

The AVCC Register of Senior University Women was established in 1995 to improve the representation of women within university, government and business sectors. All Australian female academic staff at Level C and above, and senior administrative staff are invited to submit their details (contact details, current duties classification, position, areas of expertise and committee membership) to the Register. This information is then made available to the public to facilitate the appointment of women to committees, advisory panels, boards and senior positions.
