Requests for customised workshops
To make a request for a customised workshop (excluding OHS workshops) to address your specific needs please complete a Customised Learning Solutions (CLS) request form and email to email@example.com. For OHS workshops please complete the OHS training request form.
CLS requests - Important information
To assist in the organising of the CLS it would be appreciated if you could consider the following when making your request.
- Service Fee
- Fees for customised programs will be on a cost recovery basis
- Customising standard programs from the Staff Development schedule program calendar will incur a fee.
Responsibility of the requestor
- Coordinate and forward the following details to Staff Development
- Book an appropriate size venue to accommodate attendees
- Organise catering if required.
- Finalise participant names at least 10 days prior to the training event,.
- To support Staff Development's commitment to continuous improvement, complete and forward to Staff Development the client satisfaction survey upon delivery of the program.
