Overview
Measurement of psychological characteristics (psychometrics) can aid in individual and team development, career guidance and management selection by providing information that cannot be easily obtained in other ways. Psychometric tests measure an individual's typical way of thinking, feeling and acting across a broad range of settings.

Course Content
- Administration of personality test 15FQ+ and JLI (similar to Myers-Briggs Inventory)
- Explanation of test results
