Overview

The Marketing and Recruitment obligations contained in the ESOS Act and associated National Code are central to the ESOS framework. The workshop will outline the nature of these obligations, issues arising from Marketing and Recruitment activity and processes to be followed to ensure compliance. The revised National Code changes will also be explored.

Intended Outcomes

To better understand the key Marketing and Recruitment obligations facing staff and providers and how these can be met including

  • Monash policies and procedures to facilitate compliance
  • The impact of the revised National Code
